OBJECTIVE

Returning for another Christmas celebration, Vexel wanted to raise the bar from last year by transforming the event into a cowboy rodeo experience, with a strong focus on creating memorable moments for both adults and children.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

We created a rodeo-inspired escape with tipi-style structures, rustic pallet furniture, cacti, and a saloon bar as the main photo moment. Guests enjoyed a bucking bull, a bouncing castle for the kids, themed signage, and plenty of props to bring the cowboy aesthetic to life. Rattan matting and saloon-style décor transformed the space, while bar carts, catering, and entertainment kept the festive energy flowing.
