We work with you to turn the ideas in your mind, into an actual living event. Understanding why you’re running your event and helping to make sure the end event is working towards this goal.

Events can take upwards of 100 hours to plan, which is precious resources that you often don’t have in-house. Outsourcing your event management means your team can focus on what they’re hired to do.

  1. We will organise a quick phone consultation to find out more about your event, what you are looking for and where you are currently at in the process.
  2. You will receive an emailed project management fee proposal to review.
  3. Once the project management fee proposal is accepted, we schedule in a kick-off call and get into the fun stuff!

When it comes to corporate event planning, we can plan an event and spend $20,000 or we can spend 2 million dollars.

Both will be great events, but will include very different elements. Knowing your budget, helps us to understand the scale of the event and your expectations. Think of a real estate agent, you don’t want to be shown the 2 million dollar house if you can’t afford it.

We will work with you and your budget, making recommendations and adjustments to ensure the right allocation to each element to support your goals.

Quoting an event is a lot like building a house; there is a lot of information that we need to be able to do this. I can’t provide a quote off you the number of people and a date, we need to know more of the juicy event details.

In order to provide your event quote, we will schedule a kick-off call to help you really understand what you’re looking for. This takes place after our fees have been accepted and we are officially locked in.

During this call, we will start to understand your goals, your priorities, and what you envision regarding the event. This helps us to work out what to spend money on, what to splurge on and what to save on or skip entirely.

Once you have engaged us, there isn’t much more you need to do. We will guide you through every single step of the process.


Our approach is an all-inclusive, done-for-you solution. We understand you’re busy in your own job, so we take the planning away, and will only reach out when we need your input.

You can rest assured every step in our extensive event planning process is covered behind the scenes and we’ll notify you when we need something from you.

We have clients who plan events on 2-week time frames, all the way up to a 12-month lead time. When it comes to events, more time is not necessarily best, but ideally, we recommend a 2-3 month time frame to ensure the process is not rushed. 

A project management fee proposal, is a breakdown of the FAME event planning service officering. This breaks down what services we will provide and the cost associated with this. This is the first proposal you will receive in the planning process.

An event proposal will be provided after the project management proposal is signed off and paid. This proposal breaks down the recommended elements for your actual event, like; the venue, the lighting, the AV, and will provide an overall budget for the event.
