WHAT WE DELIVERED

We led the operational delivery of a complex event across two major venues, ensuring all 200+ car displays were safely positioned and performance, awards, and game schedules ran to time. Exhibitor experience was a priority, and feedback confirmed we nailed it. We also coordinated the movement of 5,000 attendees through both buildings.
