OBJECTIVE

Vexel wanted to elevate their annual Christmas party with an immersive themed experience that transported guests far from the office. In 2022, we created a tropical oasis with vibrant styling and a strong focus on guest experience for both adults and children.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

We turned a standard car park into a vibrant tropical oasis, featuring lush greenery, fruit baskets, a tiki bar, and fake grass to create a fresh, island-inspired feel. Guests arrived in tropical attire and were greeted with floral leis, champagne service, and themed cocktails. A bold tropical photo moment, fresh catering, lively entertainment, and music completed the immersive experience.
