Norris Motor Group is a car dealership company in Queensland. The company wanted to organise an event to recognise, treat and celebrate the employees of Norris Motor Group for working tirelessly through the pandemic.

- To organise a seamless event that transformed the Bougainvillea house into a Tuscan dream.
- To make the employees feel valued, appreciated and rewarded for their work.
- The client didn’t want to do it themselves and chose to bring in event planners.

We were recommended to the client and our overarching brief resonated with them because it had plenty of detail on how we’d design the event. We included elements like a custom-curated menu, selected artwork, bathroom decor, and entertainment that related to the theme. This attention to detail is what helped us stand out.

How were the objectives achieved?
We pulled out artwork and furniture from the venue space and replaced it all with themed styling. The event had themed entertainment, and a custom-curated menu, and the guest gifts were all branded and themed. We had fireworks on the river to finish out the night. No stone was left unturned for this event.

- We had 100% employee attendance which meant every employee felt valued and appreciated because of this event.
- All guests had a great time and agreed that this was the best company event they’d ever been to.
