The Event
Proactive Health is about supporting small business owners to have the combined reach of big business. They act as an advocate for a combined group of Allied Health Businesses working with The Dept. Of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and Profit for Purpose groups to provide access to the best quality Allied Health care available in Australia.
This conference took place over two full days in Queenstown, New Zealand, with delegates flying from Australia to gather for an annual awards event. Delegates attended a kick-off cocktail function on the first night. The next day they were transported to another location to attend a full day of conference activities. The event finished with a final dinner on the last night to say thanks and farewell to the delegates.
Client Brief
The client chose our all-inclusive event management service because they didn’t have the time to organise the event. The brief was to create a seamless event to make sure everyone relaxed and also had productive work time. The atmosphere and vibe needed to be open, welcoming and inclusive so attendees could freely mingle, speak up and work together as needed.
Why the client chose us

Our experience in organising large conferences helped us stand out and deliver a multi-day event internationally.
