OBJECTIVE

This corporate activation was a collaborative networking event between FAME and Lightspace, designed to bring together industry professionals and suppliers in a space that felt fresh, engaging, and interactive.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

We styled the venue with an autumnal palette that tied in beautifully with the March timing, creating warmth and richness throughout the space. Faux florals and textured hanging installations transformed the ceiling, adding height and visual interest. A custom backdrop reading “Your Brand Here” was designed to demonstrate how the space could be activated for future events, sparking inspiration for attendees.

The layout was theatre-style for a panel discussion, where industry leaders explored key themes in the events space. Around 50 – 60 guests attended, enjoying a grazing board and a champagne tower.
