JuicedTV “The Games” Fundraiser

OBJECTIVE

JuicedTV’s “The Games” was their first ever fundraising event, held to celebrate 10 years of providing iPads and TV shows to kids in hospital. The goal: style a fun, engaging, and on-theme event that raises awareness and funds, while delivering a memorable experience for all attendees.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

  • Custom Entrance: We built a tennis ball–framed entrance using green tennis balls to set the theme from the moment guests arrived.
  • Colour Palette & Styling: A fresh green base provided a clean, cohesive backdrop. Key features like a multicoloured tennis ball fundraising wall were used to make the fundraising element pop.
  • Interactive Signage & Zones: Clear signage guided guests through different game zones – table tennis, basketball, mini golf, TFP PowerPlay – making flow and wayfinding smooth.
  • Registration Desk & Merch Display: Designed to be a visible touchpoint, fully styled so guests immediately felt the event’s energy and purpose.
  • Fundraising Wall: Every $10,000 milestone was represented by adding a tennis ball into a multicoloured wall, visible and engaging. The multicoloured tennis balls were chosen to stand out against the neutral colour palette so that the focus was stayed on the fundraising and also matched the colours of the brand.
  • Practical Solutions for Challenges: When strong winds threatened safety and aesthetics, we used cable ties to secure signage, weights (and even pot plants) to hold down displays, and double-sided tape for merch walls to ensure everything stayed in place.
