EB Games Regional Retreats

OBJECTIVE

To design and execute five customised regional retreats that provided teams with meaningful and memorable experiences in locations guests wouldn’t typically encounter in their everyday lives. The client specifically wanted:

  • Programmes that catered to all levels of physical ability and interests
  • Regional and rural locations away from major cities
  • Immersive activities and dinner experiences that reflected the local environment

WHAT WE DELIVERED

With 8 weeks from concept to delivery, we managed the full scope of the series including flights, accommodation, guest communications, budgets, venue logistics, and on-site execution.

Each event was tailored to its region:

  • Victoria: A personalised zoo scavenger hunt
  • Queensland: Mini golf and an adventure race through Mt Tamborine forest, followed by dinner in an open-air rainforest venue
  • New South Wales: A ghost tour at Quarantine Station with overnight stay at Manly Pacific
  • Auckland: Archery by the coast at Cowrie Bay
  • South Australia: Winery scavenger hunt with barrel firing in the Barossa Valley

The success of this series led to the client returning the following year to expand and further elevate the experience.
