Plan
We develop a plan of attack, identify key jobs for completion, identify any potential gaps or issues, and deliver this plan back to your team. You get access to all pre-approved FAME templates filled in as required.
Follow Ups
We schedule regular catchup calls to guide your team through any queries and ensure the plan is on track
Event Day
Before the event day, we have one final meeting to ensure the event is all covered. Your team manages the event day itself.

Do you offer one-off consultations?
Sometimes, all you need is a little direction or someone to bounce ideas off. A one-off consultation with our event consultant is a 90-minute online session where we’ll talk through your biggest questions.
Afterwards, we’ll send you a summary and clear next steps to move forward with confidence.
Do I need an event consultant if I already have an in-house events team?
Yes – even experienced in-house teams can benefit from an external perspective. An event consultant brings fresh ideas, industry insights, and strategic guidance to help your team refine the event’s direction, spot blind spots, and elevate the overall execution.

Do you offer remote consulting?
Yes! We work with clients both locally and remotely. Sessions can be held in-person or online, so we can support you no matter where you’re based.
Can I switch from consulting to full planning if I need more support?
100%! If you start with consulting and decide you need more hands-on support, we can step in and take over the full planning or styling process.

With consulting, you’re still in the driver’s seat, we simply help steer. We won’t run the whole event for you, but we’ll guide you on timelines, budgets, suppliers, run sheets, and creative direction so you feel confident doing it yourself.

Absolutely. During your consultation, we’ll help you align your vision with your budget, identifying where to save and where to invest. We’ll provide a clear, strategic plan tailored to your resources, ensuring your event goals are achievable without overspending.
Need guidance, not a full team?
There are two common challenges we see when it comes to event planning: not knowing how to plan an event, or not having the time and resources to do it properly.
Our Event Consulting package is perfect for teams that have the capacity to deliver an event in-house but need expert guidance to shape the vision, strategy, or plan.
If you’re short on time or team power, that’s where we step in. In that case, one of our full-service event planning packages may be a better fit – we’ll take the reins so you don’t have to.
