HeartBug wanted to create an unforgettable brand activation following a conference, inviting cardiologists and healthcare professionals to an exclusive dinner event. The goal was to showcase their innovation in heart monitoring technology while immersing guests in a brand-aligned experience that felt elevated, professional, and memorable.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
We styled the space to align perfectly with their identity. Red – the colour synonymous with both the heart and their branding – became the core palette, featured through statement florals, lighting, and styling details. To add a playful, on-brand touch, mini ladybugs were hidden throughout the flowers, on candles, and across table styling elements, a subtle nod to their logo that tied the entire activation together.
Guests arrived via a VIP-style red carpet, setting the tone of prestige and exclusivity. A media wall framed by lush red florals created the perfect backdrop for photos, while a large light-up HeartBug sign became an eye-catching centrepiece. Together, these features ensured the event carried both brand impact and guest engagement.
