You’ve attended and run a few Weddings working with others coordinating the day, and also setting up all the pretty things to make it sparkle that little bit more.

Or running your own events

  • Coordinate suppliers on the event days
  • Be the primary point of contact for venue, suppliers + client on the day
  • Set up styling as per mock-up designs + notes provided by Head Planner, but with your own flare to make the call when it’s not working
  • Managment of the days run sheet to ensure all elements are completed within a timely matter
  • Seek to solve any issues that arise on the day related to the event and make necessary decisions to implement solutions
  • Seek to ensure the client is having a great stress free event

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation
  • Ability to think on your feet with limited resources
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork skills + ability to work with new teams every event
  • Confidence to manage suppliers as required
